Applications

The series sanitary aseptic sampling valve must do sterilization processing (SIP) before and after sampling each time.The medium is sealed by diaphragm directly,no pitting corrosion and easy for cleaning and sampling any time which is widely used in the field of brewage,brewage,dairy and pharmacy.

Operating Principles

• The portabe type aseptic sampling valve is normally in close status,can do sterilization to the seat and seal from two connection ends,valve opening by lifiting up handle then liquid come from sampling port,also we can remove handle(on the request),this design absolutely meet the aseptic sampling result.
• Manual & Penumatic type aseptic sampling valve is normally in close status,operated by manual or pneumatic.When valve opens, the valve stem and diaphragm assembly will shrink up to get liquid through.This design absolutely meet the aseptic sampling result.

• Diaphragm :EPDM (standard)
• Product pressure : max. 6bar(86psi)  (Available upon request 10bar).
• Temperature : Max. sterilization temperature,dry steam:121-134℃. Steam must be dry,because the condensate water will damage the diaphragm. Kindly suggestion for customer to replace the diaphragm after 100  times sampling and sterilization.
